or individual. We may, from time to time, send you email
notification when new titles are released or if we're
offering special deals. You may remove yourself from

orders may not be placed by telephone. Additionally,
you may fax us at 866-410-2377 or 646-873-7727. Correspondence
can be sent to CFS.com, LLC, 118a Fulton Street, Suite
133, New York, NY 10038. When contacting us, be sure
to include your approval or transaction information
(given when your order was approved) and any other pertinent
information.
REFUNDS
AND RETURNS: You may request a refund or credit
in writing by e-mailing fulfillment@cruisingforsexvideos.com
or by fax at 866-410-2377 or 646-873-7727. Refunds may
not appear on your credit card statement until the NEXT
billing cycle (this could take 30 days or more). Any
returns must be authorized and received before a refund
or credit will be issued. We will notify you within
72 hours after receipt of your request. In no event
are shipping and handling charges refundable.
All
returns must be properly authorized. Damaged or defective
videos are allowed for return and will be replaced.
Please retain original packaging and all damaged contents.
Some shipping carriers may wish to inspect if a claim
is made. When the mistake is ours, mis-shipped (wrong)
orders are also allowed for return and will be exchanged.
You must notify us immediately for damaged, defective
or mistaken order fulfillment. We will inform you what
you will need to do. All return authorization requests
must be written and should be e-mailed to fulfillment@cruisingforsexvideos.com
or faxed to us at 866-410-2377 or 646-873-7727. Lost
orders will be replaced if we're notified within 15
days of order date. Should an order be refused or unclaimed,
the customer will be expected to pay all shipping and
handling fees.
